Over the summer, I worked with (add)ventures to direct and edit an inspiring mini-documentary piece, urging general contractors in the construction industry to hire more female- and minority-owned sub-contractors. Not only did we get our hands (and gear) dirty on an active construction site, we also captured a number of incredible stories that showcased the true impact of diversity and inclusivity in the community.
Because of this video, (add)ventures was honored with CVS Health's prestigious Star of the Year Ruby Award, which recognizes a diverse-owned business demonstrating exemplary performance and strong values.
